Service at Torre Nissan is outstanding. I brought my vehicle in for normal maintenance and while completing the check-in process, my service advisor Alex Corona discovered that a recall had just been posted for my vehicle. He immediately scheduled to have the maintenance and recall issue done at the same time. Alex set me up with a loaner vehicle until the work was completed. 1st Time coming to this dealership and loved it. The customer service was outstanding!! I made an appointment with Joe for some work on my car and couldn’t be happier. Joe took great care of me and talked to me about anything that was going on with the car that needed to be looked at aside from what my appointment was for.
